Ballet – Focuses on classical technique, proper placement, and alignment. Students build strength, flexibility, and ballet vocabulary through barre and center work
Hip Hop – Our hip hop classes focus on high-energy movement, musicality, and performance style while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Dancers learn age-appropriate choreography and foundational techniques in a fun, upbeat environment that encourages individuality and strong stage presence.
Jazz – Covers fundamental jazz technique, terminology, isolations, rhythm, and performance style set to music.
Lyrical – Emphasizes artistic expression and storytelling through movement. This class is recommended alongside ballet training.
Stretching & Conditioning – Provides a full-body workout focused on flexibility, strength, and muscle toning.
Tap– Introduces basic tap technique and foundational skills.
Acro/tumbling skills- foundational skills that build strength, flexibility and coordination. including, Handstands, walkovers, back handsprings, aerials and more.
Placement is determined by age and ability. Students may be moved throughout the year based on instructor recommendations and overall readiness, including technique, work ethic, musicality, and physical and emotional development.
Ballet is strongly recommended for all dancers, as it provides the foundation for other dance styles.
